Maximilian J. Seitz leads Tegern's capital markets activities, managing the firm's relationships with international investors and structuring its transactions. He combines deep financial analysis and valuation expertise with acquisitions experience gained at Deutsche Bank and UBS. He holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Munich.

David Schwarz leads Tegern's development activities, overseeing acquisitions, entitlements, design and construction execution across the firm's portfolio. In more than 20 years of New York real estate, he has financed, built, leased and sold over 5,000,000 square feet across New York, Connecticut, Florida and California. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University.

Jason Anderson leads project management at Tegern, guiding developments from concept through completion and disposition. He coordinates the full project lifecycle — site acquisition, architectural design, financing, entitlements and construction execution — keeping schedule, budget and quality aligned across the firm's portfolio. He draws on more than a decade of real estate development experience and an earlier career scaling his family's building materials business, SW Anderson. He holds a Master's in Real Estate Development from New York University.

Dr. Knut Riesmeier chairs Tegern's Advisory Board. He was the founding Managing Director of MEAG, the asset manager of Munich Re Group (EURO STOXX 50), where he was responsible for the Group's worldwide real estate investments of EUR 15 billion, and subsequently a Partner at Pacific Star Group, a global real estate investment manager. Earlier in his career he worked on major projects for the World Bank in South America and the Asian Development Bank in Asia, and later served as Managing Director of Exporo AG. Today he is Managing Director of Dr. Riesmeier Real Estate Capital GmbH and of German Alternative Assets Capital GmbH. He holds a doctorate in engineering (Dr.-Ing.) and a degree in economics.

Jason K. Schwarz brings an international foundation in real estate finance and investment, shaped by roles at Metternich & Co., Blackpoint Capital and Nordwind Growth across Berlin, Munich and Athens — modeling assets, screening acquisition targets and raising capital for large residential and commercial developments. He holds a Master's in Real Estate Development from IE Business School in Madrid and a Bachelor in Business Administration from ESCP Business School, and is fluent in German, English and Greek.

Nadir Saigol anchors Tegern's investor relationships across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, where he manages his family office, he works with the firm to broaden its investor pool throughout the Gulf region. He previously spent nearly a decade in New York real estate — at The Durst Organization and as a Partner at Caerus Group, working alongside Tegern's founding team. He holds a Master's degree from New York University (Class of 2016).
